Shipping policy
We ship orders purchased via www.drinkcinot.com to all of EU except Greece. Our general delivery times are as follows for orders placed before 2 PM:
- Sweden: 1-2 business days
- Denmark: 2-4 business days
- Rest of EU: Up to 6 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
When your order has been packed and shipped from us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once the package has reached the delivery point you will receive an email with the delivery notification. During periods of high demand, we reserve the right to make any delays.
If you have not received your order within five weeks, you as a customer are responsible for notifying our customer care about your delayed order. You are welcome to contact us via e-mail contact@drinkcinot.com. After five weeks, your order is considered as delivered, unless we have not been notified otherwise.
You cannot return your order unless it was broken or damaged upon delivery. Please contact contact@drinkcinot.com
Customs duty and VAT are included in all prices.
