WHERE IS CINOT MADE?
CINOT is made from scratch in France and bottled by a small-scale, family-owned artisanal producer in the Loire Valley, ensuring quality and french tradition in every batch.
I'M PREGNANT, CAN I DRINK CINOT?
Our non-alcoholic aperitif contains less than 0.2% alcohol by volume (ABV), which is considerably below the EU’s threshold of 1.2% ABV for non-alcoholic beverages. It's generally considered safe for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and minors. However, consulting with a healthcare professional is advised if you have concerns.
DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY BOTTLE?
If you have an unopened bottle, you can display it in a cool dry place. Once opened, it's good to consume within 1 month. Refrigeration is not required, but we recommend it for the longest-lasting taste and freshness.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all of Europe, except Greece.

Please note the bottle cannot be opened and has to be returned in the same box (or box approved for glass bottles)

Return shipping fees is customers responsibility. We recommend that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number due to the fact that shipments outside our own warehouse are out of our control and liability.
When your return has been handled the refund will be issued to the original payment method, if nothing else is agreed. Normally the transaction takes about 7 workdays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our general delivery times are as follows for orders placed before 2 PM:
- Sweden: 1-2 business days
- Denmark: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Europe: Up to 6 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
Your package will remain at the designated pick-up location for 7 days. It is your responsibility to collect the package within this timeframe. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be automatically returned to us. Additional costs may apply if you wish reshipping the product.
